📋 Description

• Understand business problems and help define the technical, functional, and business scope of requests, as validated by the PO/PM • Assess and measure the impact of new features on existing functionality • Evaluate and discuss technical integrations with analysts and software engineers from other teams • Support the organization of the technical backlog by establishing dependencies and priorities • Prepare estimates and conduct technical refinement of requests with the development team • Translate business requirements into user stories for engineering • Identify, assess, and address impacts on related business processes and systems • Collaborate with software engineers and QAs and contribute to engineering solutions • Support the PM/PO with system acceptance testing • Act as the interface between internal systems and third-party solutions • Work with Systems Change Management, including creating RDMs, coordinating with IT processing and operations, and supporting and monitoring deployments • Prepare manuals covering the configuration and parameterization of internal and external systems • Help resolve incidents and monitor system processes • Respond to internal and external system audit processes • Develop and deliver technical training

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (NoSQL) is desirable • Experience working with teams that use agile development methods, along with theoretical knowledge of these methodologies • Knowledge of Agile and Software Engineering metrics • Knowledge of Agile practices, software architecture, and software engineering • Commitment to ongoing self-development in technology • Collaborative product conception • User Story Mapping • Product management techniques • Business strategy and competitive intelligence • Ability to bridge the technical and business domains • Ability to summarize and explain complex information • Strong communication and influencing skills • Hands-on profile, from strategy through execution • Flexibility to work in different roles • Commitment to deadlines and plans • Preferably based in Porto Alegre or the metropolitan area, with availability to travel to the CAS office on Avenida Assis Brasil
