📋 Description

• Join the Cards Acquisition Business Unit on a team focused on growing Neon’s Credit Card • Ensure activation and recurring usage among approved customers • Retain non-approved users through alternative products and credit-building initiatives • Monitor results and funnel metrics across the customer funnel • Implement dashboards and automations for performance monitoring • Lead product acquisition and engagement strategies across channels such as Push, Email and WhatsApp • Conduct deep data analyses to generate insights and identify business opportunities • Evaluate new projects, products and features and support roadmap prioritization with engineering and product • Design and lead end-to-end growth tests and experiments • Generate hypotheses, design experiments, execute, measure and communicate results • Present results and growth theses in leadership forums

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical and pragmatic profile, with a strong problem-solving mindset and critical reasoning • Ability to decompose complex problems and formulate hypotheses independently • Ability to extract intelligence from internal data and translate it into business opportunities • Strong analytical ability to structure and solve complex problems using data • Initiative, proactivity and ownership mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to synthesize • Adaptability to different scenarios and change • Ability to provide cross-coverage in a small team • Ability to build relationships with other areas and engage stakeholders • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel and Google Slides / PowerPoint • Proficiency and hands-on experience with SQL or equivalent tools for data extraction • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to use Artificial Intelligence tools • Previous experience in fintechs or fast-growing tech companies • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including data manipulation, cleaning and automation of routines • Affirmative action for people with disabilities (PWDs)
