📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate external agencies for retail execution and installations • Oversee inventory and demand planning for furniture, display units, and merchandising components • Strategically procure merchandising services and furniture, including inserts and spare parts • Plan and execute new store openings, re-openings, and closures in coordination with cross-functional teams • Design, implement, and optimize planograms and retail displays in partnership with Retail Marketing and Category Management • Handle end-to-end coordination of large-scale rollouts and seasonal updates across POS locations • Serve as the direct point of contact for retail customers regarding merchandising needs and rollouts • Lead development of new retail fixtures and enhancements to existing ones with a focus on cost-efficiency and category performance • Ensure all retail merchandising projects are delivered on time and within budget, including detailed planning and budget tracking • Support the implementation of a category-focused approach at POS to increase sell-out and brand visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a university degree • Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Merchandising or POS Management • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) • Proactive communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities • Strong analytical mindset with experience in budget planning and performance tracking • Hands-on experience with planograms, fixture design, and merchandising principles • Highly organized with a structured, solution-oriented approach and strong project management skills • Confident working in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international team environment
