📋 Description

• Model CRM workflows using BPMN/UML and map business processes to Dynamics 365 entities. • Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and test cases based on business needs. • Support and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with requirements. • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to optimize operations through Dynamics 365 CRM. • Recommend improvements and design CRM solutions that deliver measurable business value. • Collaborate with Product Owners on roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and long-term CRM strategy. • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders on CRM capabilities, best practices, and impacts. • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings with cross-functional stakeholders. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible communication for all audiences. • Lead or support change management initiatives to drive CRM adoption and user engagement. • Contribute to user training, documentation, and ongoing CRM support activities. • Lead or coordinate CRM implementation efforts, ensuring alignment with scope and timeline. • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery. • Build strong relationships across global and multicultural teams. • Support continuous improvement of CRM governance, processes, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM consulting or business analysis roles, ideally focused on Dynamics 365 CRM. • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into high-value CRM solutions. • Solid experience with BPMN, UML, requirements analysis, and roadmap definition. • Proven experience facilitating workshops, leading stakeholder interactions, and managing expectations. • Experience with change management and driving user adoption initiatives. • Hands-on expertise in UAT facilitation, test case creation, and validation of functional deliverables. • Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related ecosystem. • Experience working in agile, international, and multicultural environments. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CRM consulting methodologies, or Power Platform is a plus. • Advanced English proficiency for communication in global environments.
