• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with corporate goals • Oversee and manage all operational functions across the Philippines • Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement • Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction • Manage budget and resource allocation to optimize operational costs • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to maintain competitive advantages
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the BPO industry • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred • Exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies • Advanced problem-solving capabilities and adaptability • Experience managing budgets and resources effectively • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity. • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
