📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for the client's leadership and own the daily operational relationship • Ensure NeoWork's delivery aligns with the client's strategic goals • Manage a high-volume intake floor and ensure compliance with responsiveness targets and rapid lead follow-up • Design and manage QA systems • Review completed intakes to identify gaps and resolve errors before they reach client legal or processing teams • Track KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and agent efficiency • Transform raw data into dashboards for client stakeholders using Excel • Oversee the team's use of CRM platforms, dialers, and VDI client systems • Manage scheduling, attendance, and continuous coaching of the dedicated unit • Stress-test workflows, identify bottlenecks, and scale operations as the client account grows • Meet success metrics including minutes-to-respond targets, less than 2% file error rate, workflow improvements, and weekly automated performance dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years in Operations, Call Center Management, or Intake Management • Proven experience leading high-performance teams in a high-volume, performance-driven environment • Advanced Excel skills are mandatory, including building reports, using pivot tables/formulas, and creating dashboards • Proficiency with CRM and telephony tools • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to confidently present performance data and strategy to US-based client leadership in English • Specific experience in Legal, Healthcare, or Sales-driven intake is a significant advantage • High-ownership operator mentality and meticulous attention to detail • Experience working with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) and various Dialer/CRM systems
