📋 Description

• Perform 24x7x365 incident monitoring of mobile access and transmission networks • Manage and resolve transmission network failures • Create backup routes and provision circuits in DWDM and SDH environments using Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson platforms • Operate and maintain RAN elements across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G • Work with Ericsson and Nokia eNodeB, gNodeB, and virtualized ASBSC elements including CBAN, NCIR, and NADCM • Support deployment and configuration of Cloud RAN and 5G Standalone environments • Work with virtualized network components and DELL technology switches within the ASBSC ecosystem • Coordinate and provide technical support to field technicians installing and configuring RPC equipment • Ensure work quality and alignment with network standards and client requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or IT • Hands-on knowledge of monitoring DWDM and SDH transmission environments • Experience with network management platforms from Nokia, Huawei, and Ericsson • Understanding of RAN technologies across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G • Familiarity with Nokia and Huawei photonic mesh • Familiarity with Nokia trace elements: EMIL, MEGAMON, MEGAPLEXER, UTF • Familiarity with Ericsson components: TCU and R6K • Experience with OMS, Tarantella, Geiser, NRIF, FEMTOS, and Personalized Management Centers in a Telefónica environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Awareness of 5G Standalone and Cloud RAN architectures
