📋 Description

• Manage inbound phone-number porting requests with care, urgency, and accuracy • Support phone-number hosting and seamless customer transitions to Twilio • Collaborate with engineers, support agents, product managers, and carrier partners • Maintain accurate records of porting workflows, hosting cases, escalations, and system usage • Keep internal knowledge bases and documentation up to date • Follow industry and regulatory standards for number portability and telecom compliance • Protect customer data and make ethical decisions in sensitive porting and routing scenarios • Identify recurring issues and inefficiencies in porting and hosting operations • Improve workflows, tooling, or automation based on operational findings • Exceed SLAs and optimize operational quality and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in BPO, customer campaigns, tech support, customer operations, product operations, customer service, QA, or related customer service areas • Bilingual: Spanish and English proficiency • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage detailed processes accurately • Basic data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or automation tools • Basic AI prompting and workflow building • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external partners • Comfort using ticketing systems such as Excel, Zendesk, and JIRA, spreadsheets, and internal platforms • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing processes, and work independently while collaborating cross-functionally • Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
