📋 Description

• As Senior Partner Manager in our Channel & Alliances Team in DACH Region, you’ll play an important role in shaping our strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. By managing a portfolio of strategic and high-potential partners, you’ll foster collaboration, drive joint marketing and sales, and accelerate mutual growth, directly contributing to the expansion of Neptune Software’s global partner ecosystem. • Location: Remote • Develop and execute a Partner Strategy for DACH region, achieving mutual revenue targets and increasing market penetration. • Recruit new partners, including Software Resellers, System Integrators, and Boutique Partners, targeting key industries. • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with partners, providing ongoing support, enablement, and motivation to drive sales and deliver high-quality results. • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement channel-specific marketing programs and campaigns, driving pipeline generation. • Create and execute Joint Business Plans with strategic partners to align business objectives and foster mutual growth. • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify improvement areas, and develop actionable plans. • Provide accurate channel forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics, partner activities, and market trends. • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to ensure effective partner enablement and support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 7 years of experience in partner management within the software industry. • Experience working with indirect sales channels (e.g., Software Resellers, VARs, System Integrators, or Technology Consultants). • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed channel sales targets. • 9+ years of experience in partner management, with a focus on enterprise software or digital transformation solutions. • Experience developing and executing joint business plans with strategic partners. • Familiarity with software technologies, trends, and licensing models. • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to drive partner enablement. • Strong analytical skills with experience assessing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions. • Bonus if you bring SAP ecosystem knowledge.
