• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals. • Translate the company's vision into actionable plans by setting business goals and growth plans. • Drive activities that deliver results and provide insightful reporting. • Drive organic growth in the first 3 months. • Run outbound and inbound marketing activities (email outreach, linkedin content and engagement, SEO and content distribution). • Maintain clean lead and contact records in CRM. • Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams to drive demand and conversions. • Supervise marketing execution across campaigns and channels. • Track activity and results weekly (leads generated, meetings booked, conversion rate).
• 4-5years+ hands on experience in growth and marketing within a Tech, SaaS, or digital services company. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, funnels, and performance tracking tools. • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and product marketing personnel. • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
