• Organize and maintain accounting and financial records • Assist with the review and filing of invoices, receipts, contracts, and supporting documentation • Support basic account reconciliations and verification of financial information • Assist with data entry and tracking in spreadsheets and internal systems • Support the preparation of financial and operational reports • Assist with audit preparation and compliance-related activities • Help improve document organization and financial record management processes • Support special projects and other operational tasks as assigned • Work closely with the Operations Manager on day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment • Proficiency in English • Interest in nonprofit organizations and social impact initiatives • Previous academic or professional exposure to accounting, finance, or administration • Intermediate Excel skills
