📋 Description

• Run Paid Acquisition Campaigns • Execute across Meta, TikTok, Snap, X, YouTube, and Google. • Test creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies. • Manage budget allocations with efficiency in mind. • Deep dive into funnel metrics, CAC, LTV, and cohort retention. • Build and manage dashboards in Sheets/Excel and BI tools. • Partner with design/content to brief and test new ads. • Share insights with HQ and local market leads.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in performance marketing (fintech, consumer apps, or challenger banks). • Proven success running campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Twitter, Google/YouTube. • Proven track record of managing six-figure budgets with efficiency. • Strong Excel/Sheets skills; SQL a plus (or eagerness to learn). • Evidence of taking ownership beyond your lane (projects, budgets, or cross-pod work). • Bonus: experience with affiliate/partner marketing in addition to paid ads.
