📋 Description

• Perform system entries and inputs related to termination calculations; • Liaise with the local HR team in Mexico to clarify questions about submitted requests; • Ensure activities are carried out according to schedules and deadlines, delivering within established SLAs; • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and the area's quality standards; • Verify and validate information on terminations and contractual changes to ensure accuracy of the data used in payroll calculations; • Stay up to date on Mexico's labor and social security legislation, ensuring the company complies with current regulations; • Participate in internal and external audits related to terminations, providing the necessary information and documents; • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Human Resources and Accounting, to ensure integration of information and processes; • Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy;

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (secondary education) • Payroll knowledge/experience
