📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of automation testers • Ensure testing best practices are followed • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Architects, and Lead System Architects to understand requirements and translate them into robust test strategies • Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and scripts across multiple platforms • Oversee automated and manual test execution to ensure quality standards are consistently met • Drive test automation coverage in regression, functional, performance, and integration testing • Identify, document, and track defects and ensure timely resolution with development teams • Align testing processes with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines • Recommend and implement improvements to testing practices, tools, and techniques • Stay up-to-date with new test automation tools, frameworks, and industry trends to strengthen team capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Commit to at least a 40-hour working week • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks • Knowledge of Agile methodologies • Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines • Ability to design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and scripts across multiple platforms • Ability to perform regression, functional, performance, and integration testing • Ability to identify, document, and track defects • Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Business Architects, and Lead System Architects
