📋 Description

• Provide technical support and follow-up for site owners and webmasters • Address requests and operational issues • Diagnose and resolve Drupal site incidents and implement workarounds to restore service availability • Perform root cause analysis of recurring incidents • Implement corrective and preventive solutions • Support development teams with deployment activities, release preparation, and implementation procedures • Manage and maintain Drupal/LAMP infrastructure, including software configuration and hosting environments • Monitor and analyse Drupal site performance and identify optimisation opportunities • Implement and maintain CI/CD processes • Manage development infrastructure, including AWS Cloud9-based environments • Manage software releases and controls to ensure compliant, high-quality deployments • Contribute to architecture reviews, security assessments, risk analyses, technical studies, and technology evaluations • Participate in technical working groups and user meetings • Support testing, documentation, quality assessments, reporting, audits, and continuous improvement activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, or a related field • More than 5 years of professional experience as Webmaster • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Drupal • At least 4 years in Drupal hosting, web/Drupal security, and production support • Minimum 5 years of experience with Linux • Minimum 4 years with LAMP environments (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) • Minimum 4 years of experience in Drupal deployment, including release and deployment management • Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS, cloud-based development, and implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines for web/Drupal environments • Proven experience in web content management • CV must be submitted in English
