📋 Description

• Planning and management of demanding projects for exciting and well-known clients • Overall responsibility for projects from contract clarification to final invoicing • Provide technical leadership to project teams and oversee resources, budget, and quality • Proactive risk and conflict management • Cross-project client support and consulting; development and expansion of client accounts • Sparring and coaching of less experienced project management colleagues • Continuous process optimization and contribution to the ongoing development of our project management team

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Media Studies, or Communication Studies) • Several years of professional experience in digital project management • Proven track record managing multiple complex projects in parallel with budgets in the mid six-figure range • Structured working style and strong communication skills • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Additional certifications or training in project management (Scrum, PRINCE2, Kanban, etc.) are a plus
