📋 Description

• Holistic management and development of renowned creators at AzureAgency • Strategic advising on positioning, brand building, and long-term career planning • Independently designing and overseeing content, brand, and growth strategies • Sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnerships, campaigns, and events • Building and maintaining lasting client and partner relationships • Developing and implementing tailored career and monetization strategies • Leading and coordinating all project-related processes (campaigns, productions, partnerships) • Proactively identifying trends, market opportunities, and new business models • Expanding the creator and client portfolio through networking and market insight • Strategic support for artist-led projects, original formats, and brand development • Representing as the primary point of contact at key meetings, shoots, and events

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree in Media Management, Media/Communication Studies, Business Administration, or a comparable field • At least 2 years of professional experience in artist management and proven expertise managing creators • A strong industry network — you maintain professional relationships and bring established contacts with partners • Deep understanding of social media with a keen sense for current trends and platform mechanics • Professional, empathetic, and open, with structured communication as a strength • Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English • Able to work independently, organized, and highly reliable • Enjoy collaborating in a team; proactive and solution-oriented work style
