📋 Description

• Lead offensive security operations and maintain strong cross functional relationships • Drive remediation of findings and adoption of security controls • Lead and develop a diverse set of security engineers across many security domains • Contribute to broader preventative control initiatives and inform Detection and Response strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience managing a hybrid team of in-person and remote engineers • Track record of mentoring and developing high-performing security engineering teams • Empathetic leader who cultivates a culture of psychological safety and inclusion • Prefer risk driven, scalable security approaches • Well versed in adversary techniques and modern threat landscapes • Experience running red team operations or adversary emulation scenarios • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable security solutions, tools or platforms for threat detection, intelligence gathering, or attack simulation • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve organizational security posture • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts • Ability to drive success with minimal process
