🎯 Requirements
• Previous leadership experience, minimum of 5 years as a people manager • Experience building directly consumer-facing products and engineering systems • Experience managing cross-disciplined teams (ie teams comprised of frontend, backend/full stack engineers and SDETs) • High EQ (Emotional Quotient) • Stakeholder management • A/B test-driven product development • Technical program management • Operational excellence
