📋 Description
• Safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company, employee, and client data • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal security standards • Implement and coordinate security controls, policies, and procedures in cooperation with stakeholders • Detect, respond to, and resolve security incidents, vulnerabilities, and privacy breaches in line with SLAs • Assess and mitigate risks through vulnerability management and business continuity planning • Promote security awareness through training, onboarding presentations, and regular communications • Monitor and report on security performance using KPIs and SLAs
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT/security • Strong English communication skills • Security incident handling and response, including analysis of complex attacks • Vulnerability assessment and management • Experience with vulnerability scanners, SIEM, and Endpoint Protection • Experience implementing security controls, policies, and procedures • Knowledge and practical application of ISO 27001 and GDPR • Project and audit experience, including small project leadership • Experience with internal audits and vendor security verification • Support for legal/security compliance negotiations • Strong documentation skills for policies, processes, incidents, and reports • Strong presentation and communication abilities with technical and non-technical audiences • Responsive and well-organized • Team-oriented and able to work independently • Nice to have: experience implementing standards and processes to mitigate cyber-threat and vulnerability risks • Nice to have: business continuity planning skills • Nice to have: risk management skills • Nice to have: Atlassian JIRA and Confluence experience • Nice to have: participation in an ISO 27001 certification audit
