📋 Description

• Manage project budget, scope, and timeline • Report development progress to stakeholders • Work directly with external clients, building long-term relationships and managing expectations • Coordinate the development of design and software solutions • Own overall project success with support from the team and onboarding best practices • Motivate, support, and guide the project team • Create or facilitate creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation when necessary • Identify improvements and challenge the status quo • Handle unpredictable situations and develop effective solutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing diverse agile IT projects • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Pivotal Tracker • Experience monitoring and improving delivery quality against software development best practices • Experience in presales activities and crafting compelling client offers • Ability to understand client needs across various business models and recommend suitable solutions • Technical knowledge for communication with developers, product designers, and QA specialists • Excellent written and spoken English (C1+) • Excellent written and spoken Polish (C2) • Experience running courses, workshops, or presentations is a plus • Hands-on e-commerce experience and solid domain knowledge is a plus • Product Owner experience is a plus • Experience mentoring and managing less experienced Project Managers is a plus • Experience in risk management and creating reports is a plus
