📋 Description

• Map the Kenyan agricultural technology, large-farm, drone, robotics, and field automation ecosystem. • Identify potential field-testing partners. • Build relationships with farms, agribusinesses, drone operators, robotics groups, universities, investors, and local technical partners. • Help the company understand practical field conditions, customer needs, regulatory issues, and pilot requirements. • Support pilot planning, partner selection, site visits, and local introductions. • Help evaluate field data collection, machine utilization, maintenance, operator training, and ROI assumptions. • Represent the company locally when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in at least one of the following: Agriculture, Agritech, Large farming operations, Drone operations, Robotics, Farm automation, Precision agriculture, Field operations, Agribusiness partnerships, Hardware pilots in emerging markets. • Strong network in Nairobi or Kenya's agricultural, agritech, drone, robotics, or large-farm ecosystem. • Ability to build trust with local partners and field operators. • Ability to understand practical deployment constraints. • English fluency required. • Swahili preferred. • Willingness to travel to farms and field sites. • Must Haves: Experience working with large farms, agricultural exporters, drone service providers, robotics companies, irrigation technology, farm machinery, or agricultural data platforms. Experience running field pilots or technology trials. Experience with local regulatory processes, safety, or field logistics. Experience connecting startups with local operators and institutional partners.
