• You handle the opening — by phone, directly, no detours. • AI-prequalified leads are provided; you turn them into conversations. • You qualify decision-makers and set appointments that convert. • You develop along a clear path: Opener → Setter → Closer. • Each step means more responsibility, more deals, more money. • You will be trained by Sales Director Gero Tober — over 50,000 sales calls of his own.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in opening and setting — you’ve done cold calling before and want to do it again. • German at native level — you sell to German decision-makers. • Hunger. Ambition. The drive to be in a different place in two years than you are today.
