• Actively engage AI-prequalified leads and generate momentum • Qualify decision-makers at C-level • Schedule structured, relevant meetings • As a Closer, take responsibility for your own deals with full revenue accountability • Own the pipeline — manage CRM, KPIs, and follow-ups • Be accountable for your pipeline, metrics, and results
🎯 Requirements
• Hunter mentality and strong closing orientation • 1–2 years' experience in opening and appointment setting (opening and setting) • Experience with cold calling • Performance-based earnings expectations and a strong performance drive • Willingness to learn and ability to implement feedback quickly • Negotiation-level German, spoken and written • Willingness to work on a freelance basis
