📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes • Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and clients • Advertise vacancies across various recruitment channels • Conduct active sourcing through LinkedIn • Screen resumes and manage candidates using the Pandapé ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter • Conduct competency-based interviews • Prepare technical candidate assessments and support candidates throughout the selection process • Manage a high volume of vacancies simultaneously • Assess candidates’ English proficiency • Participate in meetings with global clients • Conduct recruitment processes for different departments and seniority levels, according to client requirements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection • Experience in HR consulting and managing high-volume recruitment processes • Experience with the Pandapé ATS • Experience using LinkedIn for active candidate sourcing and with LinkedIn Recruiter • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as Outlook and Microsoft Teams • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to read, converse, and participate in professional meetings • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience recruiting Information Technology (IT) professionals is preferred • Experience managing recruitment processes for cooperatives is preferred • Experience recruiting professionals for strategic positions is preferred • Experience with active sourcing of specialized and hard-to-attract professionals is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and self-management skills • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently • Strong commitment and sense of urgency • Agility in managing recruitment processes and the ability to prioritize effectively • Comfortable handling multiple demands and working with diverse client profiles
