• Recruit candidates for positions ranging from operational roles to senior management • Conduct human-centered recruitment processes • Focus on the candidate experience • Advertise job openings and evaluate candidates with support from the Pandapé platform • Meet recruitment process deadlines and deliverables
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in recruitment and selection • Previous experience working as a freelance recruiter • Commitment to deadlines and deliverables • Organized and communicative profile • Ability to conduct human-centered recruitment processes focused on the candidate experience • Experience managing a high volume of job openings • Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency • Consultative and strategic approach • Bachelor’s degree
