📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviews, and candidate feedback • Proactively source candidates across various platforms • Support talent attraction strategies and job posting initiatives • Maintain accurate records and organization of recruitment stages and selection statuses
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in recruiting and selecting candidates for various positions at companies in the agricultural sector • Personal computer or laptop and stable internet access • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Active CNPJ registration (PJ contractor arrangement) • High school diploma • Knowledge of agribusiness • Organization • Proactivity • Effective communication • Assertiveness
