📋 Description

• Conduct English-language sessions from course overviews to deep-dive Agile workflows • Regularly update lesson materials • Refine teaching methodologies based on student feedback and industry shifts • Lead two 8-week capstone project phases • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and progress evaluations • Demonstrate and teach effective use of AI tools in project processes • Guide learners through intensive, practice-oriented training • Develop and maintain a current curriculum reflecting market needs, tools, and AI workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional experience in IT Project Management • Strong understanding of modern workflows, tools, and collaboration practices • Strong AI fluency and practical understanding of AI tools in Product Management or IT Project Management • Experience creating or maintaining technical educational content • Native or near-native English is mandatory • Strong experience with agile methods, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean • Ideally, previous experience in teaching, mentoring, training, or workshop facilitation
