📋 Description
• Delivering end-to-end renewal execution through partnership with BU leads • Spearhead renewal negotiations and drive incremental revenue • Connect with customers regularly to become a trusted advisor • Develop effective account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and growth strategies • Leverage Neumo solutions including industry solutions and technology/consulting services • Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information • Enthusiastically support all Neumo promotions and events in the territory
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree equivalent • Proven work experience (3+ Years) as a Client Success Manager or relevant role • Experience in sales operations and contract negotiation a plus • Proven track record in business application software and service sales across industries • Knowledgeable in commercial metrics and forecasting principles • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day • Must be able to communicate via telephone.
