• Lead developers in software design, development, and deployment, enforcing best practices • Oversee end-to-end SDLC, including design, planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment • Integrate advanced technologies and modular software design principles • Understand client needs to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions • Implement rigorous testing processes to ensure software quality and performance • Continuously enhance development processes through feedback and emerging technologies • Regularly communicate project progress, challenges, and opportunities for innovation to senior leadership
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Minimum 10 years' experience in software development, with 3+ years managing teams • Strong proficiency with Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, Web Services (WSDL) • Practical knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL • Experience in NoSQL technologies (Aerospike, KeyDB) • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
