📋 Description

• Mandate responsibility for AI strategy and implementation projects at SMEs (industry focus includes services and investors) • Strategy work horizontally across all functional areas — Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Accounting, Operations, IT • Use-case prioritization and roadmap design based on impact • Change management as a core component of every engagement — you are the steady point of stability when things are uncertain at the client • Knowledge transfer into our TÜV SÜD-certified AI training and AI business coaching — live sessions drawn from ongoing projects

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of consulting experience (strategy, management, or technology consulting), ideally related to AI, data, or digital transformation • Proven engagement responsibility — at least workstream or sub-project leadership • Confident client management at both C-level and project-leader level, not only one of the two • Substantial technical understanding (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, cloud vs. on-premises) — ideally evidenced in professional experience (optional) • Experience presenting and teaching to groups — live sessions in AI business coaching, online events, or workshops with many participants. Demonstrable via project presentations, teaching formats, or comparable experience (optional) • Strong methodological depth in change management • Openness to our approach rather than insisting on your own methodology • Business-fluent German, good English • Residence in Germany
