NeuroSaber is a Brazilian educational institute that applies neuroscience to ensure children learn effectively by training educators, health professionals and families on child development, learning disorders and inclusive practices. 📋 Description

• Continuously monitor the implementation of the educational solution through technical visits, indicator analysis, pedagogical observation, and follow-up on action plans. • Advise Municipal Departments of Education, technical teams, school leaders, and teachers on the proper use of NeuroSaber’s materials, methodologies, platforms, and assessment tools. • Conduct on-site visits to clients according to a schedule established with NeuroEscola Coordination to understand challenges and propose improvement actions. • Build close, ongoing relationships with clients to promote retention and engagement. • Ensure pedagogical alignment between NeuroSaber’s products and the guidelines of education networks. • Monitor the implementation and development of educational solutions, supporting municipalities with their pedagogical and continuing professional development needs. • Prepare systematic reports after each follow-up and provide feedback to the responsible teams. • Monitor improvement actions proposed to education networks to achieve learning outcomes. • Conduct sample-based monitoring of diagnostic assessments in schools and collect data to improve strategies and action plans. • Deliver targeted training for teachers and school leaders according to the needs of each municipality. • Establish collaborative relationships with Departments of Education, school leaders, and teachers. • Manage schedules, travel, records, documents, platforms, and other administrative activities. • Represent NeuroSaber institutionally during technical visits, training sessions, and meetings. • Perform other activities as needed and approved by the immediate supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Psychology, or related fields. • Postgraduate qualification in Education or a related field. • Experience of at least one year in a public school or public education network, preferably in a pedagogical and/or administrative role such as Pedagogical Advisor, Tutoring Analyst, Pedagogical Analyst, Academic Analyst, or a related position. • Class B driver’s license preferred.
