NeuroSaber is a Brazilian educational institute that applies neuroscience to ensure children learn effectively by training educators, health professionals and families on child development, learning disorders and inclusive practices. 📋 Description

• Continuously monitor the implementation of the educational solution through technical visits, analysis of indicators, pedagogical observation, and follow-up on action plans. • Guide Municipal Departments of Education, technical teams, school administrators, and teachers on the correct use of NeuroSaber materials, methodologies, platforms, and assessment tools. • Conduct on-site visits to clients according to the schedule established with the NeuroEscola Coordination to understand challenges (active listening) and, together with NeuroEscola Coordination, propose improvement actions with prompt and constructive feedback. • Build and maintain a close, ongoing relationship with clients to promote retention and engagement. • Ensure pedagogical alignment between NeuroSaber’s products – Teaching System and Programs – and the guidelines of the local education networks. • Monitor the implementation and development of the educational solutions, providing support for pedagogical needs and continuous professional development identified by the municipality. • Prepare systematic reports after each visit, submit them to NeuroEscola Coordination highlighting key observations, and provide feedback to the technical team at the Department of Education to improve workflow and ensure achievement of proposed objectives. • Systematically monitor proposed improvement actions for the Education Network together with NeuroEscola Coordination to strengthen the Municipal Education Network’s capacity to achieve learning outcomes. • Sample and observe the administration of assessments (sondagens) in school units to collect data for possible strategy improvements, ensuring data reliability and usability for Action Plans to be developed by school management teams. • Deliver targeted training for teachers and school leaders based on the NeuroEscola Coordination’s analysis, organized from systematic observations of each municipality’s needs. • Establish collaborative relationships with Departments of Education, managers, and teachers, acting as a strategic partner and strengthening confidence in NeuroEscola. • Manage schedule, travel, records, documents, platforms, and other administrative activities required to serve the municipalities. • Represent NeuroSaber institutionally during technical visits, training sessions, and meetings, maintaining ethical, clear communication aligned with the organization’s values. • Perform other duties as needed and approved by the immediate supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Languages (Letters), Psychology, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree in Education or related areas. • Preferred: at least 1 year of experience working in a public school or education network in pedagogical and/or administrative roles such as Pedagogical Assessor, Tutoring Analyst, Pedagogical Analyst, Academic Analyst, or similar positions. • Driver’s license (Category B) preferred.
