📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbar • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem industriellen oder technologischen Umfeld • Erfahrung in mindestens einem dieser Bereiche: Digitalisierung im Engineering, Transformations- oder Innovationsprojekte, Projekt- oder Programmmanagement, Technologiebewertung und Roadmap-Entwicklung, Prozessoptimierung oder Organisationsentwicklung im technischen Umfeld • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise • Analytische Stärke • Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte klar zu kommunizieren • Eigenverantwortung und Leistungsanspruch • Interesse an technologischen Entwicklungen • Fähigkeit, zwischen Technik und Management zu vermitteln • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung in anspruchsvollen Situationen zu übernehmen
