📋 Description

• You structure industrial transformation and development programs. • You analyze organizational and structural challenges. • You develop robust target operating models and governance frameworks. • You establish PMO and program control structures. • You support executive teams in strategically relevant decisions. • You ensure that programs are not only planned but effectively implemented. • You work directly with division heads, directors, and managing directors.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field • Several years of experience in transformation, strategy, or program projects • Experience in at least one of the following areas: PMO / program control, organizational development in an industrial environment, governance and decision-making structures, budget and resource management, risk and performance management • Strong structuring ability • Ability to quickly grasp complex interrelationships • Confident communication at management level • High performance standards • Clear communication • Accountability for results • Composure in demanding client situations
