• develop and oversee the organization’s national fundraising strategy • leverage networks and experience to identify and cultivate new donor relationships • support local fundraising efforts in coordination with team members • represent the organization at convenings with current and potential donors • manage team members responsible for grants management process

• meaningful experience in fundraising, particularly in mission-driven environments • experience building and managing strong donor relationships • a track record of innovation in education or political fundraising • successful experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing a variety of development strategies • successful fundraising and relationship building with high-net-worth individuals
