📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team • Prepare and process customer quotes, orders, renewals, and associated documentation • Manage license agreements, subscriptions, and license renewals through ConnectWise • Coordinate procurement activities, including ordering, receipting, and product delivery • Monitor stock levels, track stock movements, and assist with stock takes as required • Liaise with suppliers to track orders, manage backorders, and maintain vendor relationships • Assist customers and internal teams with warranty claims and product-related inquiries • Maintain accurate customer, agreement, and sales activity records within ConnectWise • Escalate pricing, delivery, or service issues to the relevant Account Manager • Stay informed on current technologies, products, and industry trends • Perform other duties as required to support the sales and operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Support or similar role • Experience preparing quotes, renewals, and processing orders • Strong Microsoft Office and CRM/system skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines • Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player • Good problem-solving and numerical skills • Willing to learn and grow • IT industry exposure is a bonus • Relevant qualifications or vendor certifications are advantageous • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM Australian Time
