• Find your primary collaborating customers within [[Company]] who need better knowledge to make decisions. • Identify and learn about their primary output metrics that measure success • Discover the input metrics that drive that output • Explore and further refine the relationships between metrics to find constraints • Derive knowledge about how we are doing, what’s holding us back and where we should be focusing our Product Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance resources • Get to know the business as well or better than anyone else • As a Senior team member, you will be expected to actively participate in our hiring processes by serving on interview panels for future roles across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Subject Matter Expert: Experience with marketing, product and/or finance metrics • Experience with healthcare patient visits metrics a strong plus • Business Analysis • Requirements Gathering: discover what your users want and need. Document well enough so that it can be built • Get to know the business and find the gaps in our understanding • Business Intelligence: • Expertise in Tableau dashboard development. Fluency in other business intelligence tools such as Sigma or Omni or similar is a plus. • Tableau Deployment and maintenance: Knowledge of best practices in deploying Tableau to from dev to production and utilizing version control. • SQL & dbt: Use SQL/dbt to turn datasets into metrics. Design reporting tables to power the dashboards • Database: Model & build a basic database, load it and manage it, with a strong understanding of data modeling for Tableau support • Communication: Communicate your findings and persuade people to listen to you or else your work will not accomplish anything • Quality Assurance: Meticulous attention to detail in QA processes.
