📋 Description

• Build high-impact, real-time clinical workflow solutions for inpatient care environments • Develop and maintain robust backend architecture powered by Python • Lead development of scalable services, API integrations, and core platform capabilities • Shape data pipelines to deliver seamless operations for modern healthcare facilities • Design, build, and maintain complex products • Design and implement integrations with applications and services • Maintain code quality, organization, automation, performance, maintainability, and operational effectiveness • Collaborate with engineers on code reviews • Identify and clarify detailed requirements with the team • Support Scrum/Agile activities including sprints, standups, retrospectives, planning, pointing, and grooming • Participate in hiring processes through interview panels

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional coding experience using Python • Solid Object Oriented design and development skills • Good knowledge of programming patterns • Experience with AWS • Experience working with databases (Postgres) and query optimization • Experience in API design (REST API, OpenAPI) • Experience in building scalable systems • Good understanding of security/access control, scalability, high availability, and concurrency patterns • Code management: GIT • Experience in working with Scrum teams • At least Upper Intermediate spoken and written English • Legal work authorization in the country of residence, verified by documentation • As a Senior team member, willingness to actively participate in hiring processes and serve on interview panels • Healthcare / clinical software experience is a strong plus
