• Align HR initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals • Contribute to talent strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, and development programs • Collaborate with the HRBP Manager to advise leaders on team structures, role design, and reporting lines • Guide managers and teams through the performance management cycle (goal setting, feedback, calibration, and reviews) • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns • Utilize key HR metrics (attrition, time-to-fill, talent flow, etc.) to support decision making • Facilitate coaching sessions for people managers and senior leaders
• Bachelor's/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field • 5–8 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably in a matrix/global organization • Hands-on experience with talent management, employee engagement, and performance frameworks • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Proficient in HR systems and tools.
