📋 Description
• Mentor and guide aspiring e-commerce entrepreneurs at Nivetha E-Academy • Act as a bridge between students and the academy • Assist students in building a strong connection with the academy team • Manage and communicate with an assigned batch of 100 students • Track student progress and address challenges through live calls • Share insights on sales growth, inventory management, and business optimization • Foster a supportive community encouraging networking and collaboration • Provide flexible remote mentoring and support
🎯 Requirements
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, sales strategies, and inventory management • Ability to guide and motivate students to stay on track and achieve their goals • Excellent verbal and written communication in English • Prior experience in selling online or managing e-commerce businesses is a plus • Comfortable using Zoom, WhatsApp, and learning platforms • Ability to handle multiple students and provide timely support • Willingness to dedicate time to mentoring and supporting students consistently
