📋 Description

• Translating UX into outstanding user interfaces • Visualizing data in dashboards • (Re-)design of complex tools and software • Advanced proficiency in Figma • Creating and presenting documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes • Collaboration with UX designers • Communicating design ideas and prototypes to software developers • Liaising between clients and the team • Strong sense of aesthetics • Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, and applying them across the entire UI process • Experience with AI-assisted coding (e.g., Vibe Coding) and demonstrable implementation of AI-powered tools or workflows • Experience building and evolving design systems and working closely with development teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience • Fluent German, both written and spoken • Experience in the health insurance sector is a strong plus • Experience with design software, especially Figma • Experience in interaction design and information architecture • Up to date on usability and conversion best practices • Keeping up to date with new apps, trends, and tools • Excellent team player with empathy and strong interpersonal skills
