📋 Description

• You take ownership of complex end-to-end design processes: from research, interviews and data-driven insights through concepts, user flows and wireframes to the final UI, you shape the entire design process. • You translate product goals, data and hypotheses into clear, intuitive and robust user experiences — especially within complex, data-driven B2B processes. • You design user experiences across complex systems: you analyze relationships, understand background processes, and develop solutions that guide users and simplify decision-making. • You work in a data-driven way with a clear commitment to quality: you use data, research and feedback to make well-founded design decisions. • You are an integral part of cross-functional product teams: you collaborate closely with Product, Data, Development and other stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product design — ideally in complex environments: you have several years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, preferably in SaaS, platform or data-driven products. • Broad design skill set with a clear focus on end-to-end: you are confident in research, UX concepting and UI design and can independently lead through all phases of the design process. • Strong focus on user guidance and decision support: you think not only in interfaces but in processes. • Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach: you use data, research and feedback as the basis for your decisions. • High degree of ownership and a proactive working style: you don’t wait for tickets — you identify problems yourself, drive topics forward and take ownership in a dynamic environment. • Strong communication skills and confident presence: you can clearly justify design decisions and bring diverse stakeholders along.
