📋 Description

• Responsible for complex end-to-end design processes from discovery, research and concept through to the final UI • Identify relevant problems, derive hypotheses, and translate product goals, data and user needs into intuitive user experiences • Design user experiences across complex, data-driven B2B systems and processes • Structure ambiguous problem spaces, make deliberate decisions under uncertainty, and iteratively evolve solutions • Use data, research and feedback to improve conversion, reliability and user guidance • Work closely with Product, Data, Development and other stakeholders in cross-functional product teams • Use common design and prototyping tools and apply AI reflectively for insight generation and hypothesis testing

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in complex B2B environments • Experience with data-driven platforms, enterprise SaaS or domain-deep products • Worked in at least two different product organizations • Strong competence in research, UX concepting and UI design across the full design process • Hypothesis-driven approach, validating assumptions and iterative design development • Confident handling of ambiguity, ownership and decision-making under uncertainty • Clear communication and ability to align stakeholders from Product, Development, Sales and Data • Proficient with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma • Active and reflective use of AI in daily work • Ability to balance and prioritize UX ideal, business impact and technical feasibility • Portfolio showing process, decision rationale and your role
