📋 Description

• Assists with global benefits management including regulatory compliance, and administration of benefits programs • Proactively partners with key stakeholders in People Team (HR), Finance, and Procurement • Ensures benefits programs provide a positive employee experience with education and clear communication • Serve as a first line subject matter expert for US employee benefits queries, providing clear and accurate information • Analyze benefits data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and identify trends • Understanding of US benefit management with an interest in expanding knowledge to other global regions in APJ and EMEA • Experience with self-funding plan management in the US • Experience with Workday Benefits module • Experience assisting with time off, ADA, and leave programs (LOA)

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Workday Benefits/HRIS • Flexibility to work across different time zones to collaborate effectively with US, EMEA, and APJ stakeholders. • Excellent customer service skills with an ability to understand and prioritize competing, urgent requests • Intermediate Excel skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Benefits management
