📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers • Develop project professional services for customers • Implement and develop customizations based on functional and technical requirements • Gather systems requirements from end-users, IT teams, and key stakeholders for ITSM, HRSD, and Service Portal • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules • Configure Application UI, Workflow, work orders, transfer orders, inventory, and technician locations • Configure ServiceNow integrations via REST/SOAP web services and other applications • Guide customers in understanding technical solutions for business requirements • Gather environment information to support service mapping and event work • Reflect and validate impact assessment rules within service maps • Participate in user acceptance testing of maps, impact rules, and event management work • Promote update sets and data across applicable ServiceNow environments • Remediate related production incidents • Align with the existing ServiceNow technical lead for map/event work • Maintain operational documentation and SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow in 2 or more capabilities (i.e. ITSM, HRSD, Service Portal) • Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms using both mid servers and cloud to cloud • Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and bi-directional, automated integrations between systems • Data Extraction Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations • Proven experience implementing ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows • Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and related processes • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes • Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation • A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience • Willingness and ability to continue education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond • Ability to complete ServiceNow competency certifications and module accreditations • Preferred: ITIL Foundation certification • Preferred: ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications
