📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers • Develop project professional services for customers • Implement and develop ServiceNow customizations based on functional and technical requirements • Gather systems requirements for integrations from end-users, IT teams, and key stakeholders • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of ITOM applications, including CMDB and Discovery • Configure ServiceNow integrations with other applications via REST/SOAP web services • Implement Flow Designer, Business Rules, scripting, integrations, and logic • Guide customers in understanding technical solutions for business requirements • Gather environment information from technical SMEs to support service map and event work • Define and validate impact assessment rules within service maps • Participate in user acceptance testing of maps, impact rules, and event management work • Promote update sets and data across applicable ServiceNow environments • Remediate production incidents related to the assigned scope • Align with the existing ServiceNow technical lead to maintain consistent approaches and shared patterns • Maintain operational documentation and SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ServiceNow in ITOM (CMDB/Discovery/Mid Services) • Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems/platforms using both mid servers and cloud to cloud • Experience working with ITOM and bi-directional, automated integrations between two systems • Data Extraction Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes • Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation • A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or demonstrated work experience • Willingness and ability to continue education within the ServiceNow platform and complete competency certifications and module accreditations • Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation; ServiceNow CSA and CAD
