📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers • Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow platform solutions for advisory and project professional services • Ensure team organization, individual development, and communication align with Delivery vision • Support teams in performing at a high level and foster inter-team collaboration and productivity • Deliver measurable positive results within client and team timelines and budgets • Prepare and facilitate customer workshops to capture and define customer requirements • Collaborate with Delivery Management to create plans based on customer requirements and budget • Research industry impact and innovative opportunities to propose product enhancements • Provide engineers with architectural blueprints and implementation requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in IT Services and ServiceNow consulting projects • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SPM modules • Strong knowledge of architecture principles for cloud-based platforms • Proven experience in business architecture • Experience supporting large client programs from an integration and support perspective • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong leadership capabilities • Effective facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with ability to motivate a team • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex situations • Ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, and/or equivalent work experience • Certified System Administrator (CSA) and respective ServiceNow Workflow Domain certifications
