📋 Description

• Work directly with pharmaceutical customers to understand workflows, technical environments, data, and business requirements • Translate ambiguous customer problems into technical architectures and implementation plans • Design solutions using AI products, APIs, data infrastructure, and integrations • Build prototypes, integrations, scripts, data workflows, and lightweight applications • Lead technical discovery, architecture discussions, demos, pilots, and implementation workshops • Collaborate with customer engineering, security, infrastructure, data, and business teams to advance deployments • Debug integration and deployment issues across APIs, data, cloud infrastructure, authentication, and AI behavior • Bring recurring customer needs to product and engineering to improve reusable platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience across software engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles • Prior hands-on software engineering experience • Strong Python and API fundamentals • Comfort working with LLMs and modern AI application architectures • Experience integrating enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud environments • Exceptional customer communication and ability to build credibility with engineers and executives • Ability to turn loosely defined requirements into concrete technical decisions • Strong product judgment and high ownership in fast-moving enterprise environments • Experience deploying developer-facing or enterprise AI products is a strong plus • Pharma, healthcare, or life sciences experience is a strong plus • Experience with enterprise security, SSO, cloud architecture, or regulated deployments is a strong plus • Experience with voice AI or conversational applications is a strong plus
