📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality work on time using AI tools appropriately • Own feature delivery from scoping and design input through implementation and release • Build well-tested software using AI-assisted development practices where valuable • Build and validate AI-integrated features with appropriate evaluation practices for LLM-powered functionality • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to refine ambiguous work into valuable deliverables • Maintain reliable systems through observability, quality, incident response, and AI-assisted issue diagnosis • Support production releases and ensure systems remain deployment-ready and stable post-release

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica • Successful completion of a background check required • Ability to deliver high-quality work on time • Ability to own feature delivery end-to-end with minimal oversight • Ability to craft well-tested, high-quality software • Engineering judgment for AI-integrated and LLM-powered functionality • Ability to partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design • Knowledge of observability, quality, incident response, and production releases
