📋 Description

‱ Support the day-to-day management of our client's online product catalogue, including product uploads, catalogue maintenance, quality assurance, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate and engaging product listings. ‱ Upload and maintain product listings accurately and efficiently. ‱ Organize and manage product information across current and future product ranges. ‱ Review product details, descriptions, images, and specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency. ‱ Monitor and action product update requests from Customer Service and internal stakeholders. ‱ Review how products appear across website listing pages and product detail pages. ‱ Identify and report any issues relating to product data, imagery, formatting, or functionality. ‱ Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve product-related concerns. ‱ Conduct basic research on new products and assist with catalogue expansion initiatives. ‱ Perform minor image editing tasks such as resizing, cropping, scaling, or adjusting product images. ‱ Review AI-assisted catalogue uploads for accuracy, completeness, formatting, duplication, and missing information. ‱ Identify opportunities to improve catalogue quality, processes, and data accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. ‱ Excellent organizational and time-management skills. ‱ Comfortable working with spreadsheets, product databases, CMS platforms, or back-end systems. ‱ Basic experience with image editing tools. ‱ Strong written and verbal communication skills. ‱ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. ‱ A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. ‱ Confidence reviewing automated or AI-generated outputs with a critical eye. ‱ Nice to Have: Experience with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, or catalogue management. ‱ Understanding of online product listings and digital merchandising. ‱ Interest in fashion, footwear, streetwear, or consumer products. ‱ Familiarity with AI-assisted tools, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
