• Execute daily community management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit, and emerging platforms • Monitor conversations and respond to comments and DMs in a relatable, social-first, and brand-aligned voice • Escalate customer service issues to CX • Amplify brand love moments and participate in relevant audience conversations • Support inbound message spikes during launches, holidays, and high-volume moments • Execute and optimize engagement initiatives in partnership with the Social Lead • Identify opportunities to increase replies, saves, shares, and positive sentiment • Curate high-quality UGC on all social channels • Collaborate with the brand community team to source customer stories and brief UGC needs for campaigns • Support content scheduling, publishing, and calendar management across all platforms • Partner closely with social, CX, brand marketing, paid, publishing, and community teams
• 3-5 years of experience in social media community management or engagement roles • Experience managing community engagement across multiple platforms • Strong understanding of modern parent and family audiences • Demonstrated ability to drive engagement, sentiment, and conversation growth • Experience using social listening and management tools (e.g., Sprout Social) • Excellent written communication skills with strong brand judgment • Experience escalating CX and product issues appropriately • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter who takes initiative and identifies opportunities proactively
